[Seaside] VW Seaside V 2.5.11 from Cincom Store does not load

I tried loading the new version of Seaside from the Cincom Store 
repository (version 2.5.11.0). It fails to load because it looks for 
the following files on my hard drive.

psql_public_cst/Seaside/WebToolkit269.pst
psql_public_cst/Seaside/VW-Squeak265.pst

Is there a fix to this problem? I would write to the person the posted 
the code in Store, but I don't have their email address.
