This is work in progress in this "b2" version. Check archives of mailing 
list. The goal is to have styles and scripts encapsulated in their 
carrying objects derived from some general "string library". They will 
be able to group into some suites which can be used by components.
I guess there is still need to have #style for particular component 
which would carry styles for "id"-entified elements.
