Heh. Probably, yes. But all (well... most) of the FTP stuff is in there,  
active and passive mode plus indeed a virtual file system; is in  
production at various power exchanges in Europe so it probably sort of  
works, even (most of the UK power transactions, both on-exchange and  
bilateral, are notified to the UK grid operator through one of these  
servers; as power seems to be running through the UK grid, I figure that  
the FTP server is operational ;)).

I have forgotten what sits beneath it, but probably some VW equivalent of  
Comanche. Shouldn't be hard to port, though.
