[Seaside] Expanding and collapsing WAHalo

[Yar Hwee Boon]

Maybe this will be of use to someone. The render and source links 
should actually be mutually exclusive, should we make it a toggle 
instead? Regarding expanding/collapsing and r/s, can someone help to 
explain this:

1. click "Toggle Halos"
2. click "S" on any component. Source should be shown.
3. click the browser back button. Render mode should be shown.
4. refresh/reload. Shouldn't the Render mode be shown here?
