In Germany there are several good such offers. We have good  
experience with servers at hetzner.de for 39 Euros a month. There are  
offers of full dedicated servers as low as 20 Euros. Or, you might  
try the virtual root servers at server4you.de which start at 10 Euros/ 
month (no experience with them, but they offer a free four-day test).
