[Seaside] About a templating for **Static*** dummy web page

Hi

I was reading the previous thread on Rails and Seaside and  
Templating... always interesting...

while editing manually XHTML for my stupid home page.
And now I'm fed up to edit them manually and fixing broken things all  
the time.
So I would like to know if there is a simple templating package for  
***purely static
dead with no objects plain HTML*** web pages.
Is HttpView2 such kind of beast?
