Oops, sorry for not seeing your answer earlier...

I use WAKom, don't do anything particular to the file stream (just
using FileDirectory>>readOnlyFileNamed:) and I'm using Kom from
package universe (which in turn gets
http://squeak.krampe.se/KomHttpServer-gk.14.mcz)
