Any suggestion into these 2 loading problems (I hacked around both for now):

SubscriptionRegistry - does not exist in Squeak.

foo ifNotNil: [:arg | ...]
- Does VW allow block-with-arg to #ifNotNil? Squeak does not. If it just 
passes in foo I can just patch this in.
