[Seaside] Set-Cookie2 support in Kom and Swazoo

IE 6 is most likely to not support it, but it has some other nice
extensions [1]. My plan was to set both headers and Set-Cookie2
implementations (Opera AFAIK) will simply discard Set-Cookie headers.
