I've updated the demos on to the latest Seaside 3.0a5:

  JQuery, Seaside JQuery integration.

  JQuery UI, Seaside JQuery UI integration.
  http://demo.seaside.st/tests/jquery-ui

  Scriptaculous, Seaside Prototype and script.aculo.us integration.
  http://demo.seaside.st/tests/scriptaculous

They all use the latest Javascript code, and in the JQueryUI demo one
can also choose the theme.
