[Seaside] Load balancing with one session per image

That's the direction we're thinking of: a dispatcher image that knows the
available applications images and also prompts for login information. 

I had hoped, however, that this problem had already been solved and well
tested by someone else ;-) 

Oh well... I'll let you know how it goes.
