[Seaside] bad performance Pharo Windows 7 64bit

I am using ther Windows VM: PharoVM-Win32-3.11.8.zip which is bundled
with the Seaside One Click distributable. I haven't tried turning off
Microsoft Security Essentials on my win 7 installations. I'll give
that a go :)
