[Seaside] saving WebCounter in monticello

i am trying to save my files using the monticello browser, but am
having a slight problem..

i created a repository called 'WebCounter"..

i created a directory to store it..

when i select that repository, then hit 'add to package', i don't see
my 'WebCounter' category available for selection..

ideas?
