[Seaside] conditionally including a css

using blueprintcss, i need to be able to conditionally include the IE stuff...

as in:

<!--[if lt IE 8]><link rel="stylesheet" href="css/blueprint/ie.css"
type="text/css" media="screen, projection"><![endif]-->

i am using seaside 3.0a..

i have my css inside the a file library "CssLibrary"

how would i go about doing this?
