[Seaside] DataTables - jQuery plugins - what if BSD and not MIT ?

Hi,

I may port the jQuery plugin DataTables [1] but I think the license is dual
(BSD / GPL). If I do it, coul it be under in the widget box repository or
not (as not strictly MIT)?
