I think it would be useful to keep track of deprecated features. I have seen a 
category of deprecated in some of the classes.
For example 'textInputWithCallback:' is not documented anywhere that I can find, 
but is used in most texts and tutorials prior to 2008.

In this case we should state any alternate implementation and the reason for any
drops.
