[Seaside] Loading in Pharo 2.0

Hi Diego,

2.0 is not the current one-click, it is still under heavy development (even not labeled beta yet, but soon) 

the official release is still 1.4 Summer

ps: of course any progress on make Seaside run on 2.0 is welcome :)
