[Seaside] setting up TF-Login on Seaside 3 and Pharo 2

I installed TF-Login (http://www.squeaksource.com/@7r2w8vNmFF2sfsxC/RT096DBW)
into my image, and on the way in, it raised an error that is needed
ReferenceStream.

I opened the tests, and it looks like the tests are failing. I didn't have
time to dig too far into it, but before i do, i thought i should ask first.

1. am i just using an old version? i didn't see the package at
smalltalkhub. is there a new version out somewhere?

2. is this known to have issues with Pharo 2 or Seaside 3?

3. if the above are no, should i just update it, and push it up to
smalltalkhub? is there somewhere else i should push it up to?
