[Seaside] Re: Charting in Seaside

InfoVis-Examples-hkl.11 was broken (empty categories), and I think the
configuration still loads it. Loading version 12 *should* fix it, but I'm
not sure. 
I migrated the packages a while ago from SqueakSource, and they were
originally cross-published from VisualWorks, so there are more than enough
sources of errors ;)
