[Seaside] MyFileLibrary not appearing ../config->files->Libraries

[Sanjay Minni]

my code is:

MyApp class>>initialize 
	| app |	
	app := WAAdmin register: self  asApplicationAt: 'myapp'. 
	app addLibrary: MyFileLibrary .

I removed the app thru config and ran 
   MyApp initialize
to re-register, which it did and then as below ...
