[Setools] Two Enh for OB ?

Hi!

Here are two small fixes for OB. I have been using them for a while.

My question is:
Do you think we should propose them to Stef for an inclusion in 3.9 ?

Their preambules are:

Select the --all-- method category when a class is selected. As a  
result, the list of method are displayed when a class is selected.

Show the comment of a class when a class is pressed.

I find these two changesets necessary when I want to use OB. Perhaps  
other people might find them useful.
