[Setools] Gjallar progress

Hi folks!

Just wanted to tell a bit about current Gjallar work. It is moving
forward - but slowly since I only work 2 days per week  on Gjallar right
now. The latest code (not yet in repo) is driven by immediate needs at
Micronic so the earlier todo-lists are... not exactly followed. :)

The new stuff soon in the repo is full admin UIs for user management.
Coming up next is more work on the Filter model.
