[Setools] About gnu plot

Need to let you know that i made a separate binding to gnuplot. I
moved classes which was used to start gnuplot command into separate
package, and also added some scripting abilities to make generating
plots as easy as rendering html with seaside.
Old classes, founded in Q2-Utilities-Gnuplot and
Q2-Utilities-Gnuplot-Tests should be removed.
