[SoC] Assigning mentors

Hi all,

I've assigned mentors to all the applications where such an assignment
was possible. The assignment is not final, so if you'd be willing to
mentor a student for some project be sure to click on the "I'm willing
to mentor" button. I'll periodically review all applications and make
the suitable adjustments.

Also, there are some applications with a positive score that don't have
a mentor. I urge you to volunteer for those applications.
