[SoC] Tax Documentation sent

Hi board,

I've just sent to Google the tax documentation.

I had to change the original plan and have Google send the money to me.
This is because all payments from Google will be done via Western Union,
and not by bank transfer. When I'll receive the money I'll move it to my
bank account and immediately transfer it to the ESUG account.
