Spoon planning (was "Contributors Agreement signature status?")

I'd like to start with a very minimal image, a 3.8 or 3.9 "master"
image, and see if Magma's test suite can run in the minimal, having
pulled over methods dynamically.  (And very curious as to the final
size and contents of that minimal image!).
