the following code seems to be out of date (or I removed too many
things from my image :-).

a) in the comment of BitEditor class>>magnifyWithSmall (category
examples) is a reference to MaskedForm which is missing.

b) 'Useful expressions' references a method 
StringHolderView class>>openSystemWorkspace which is missing as well.
