Hello, 

It's been a couple of weeks, so I'm posting a new version of my web
browser.  There are several new things added since the last version:

    - a simple page-history fascility
    - a personal start page
    - inline GIFs
    - two new form inputs: option lists and radio checkboxes
    - mailto: link to Bob Arning's mailer, if present  (untested)
    - MIDI files are played automatically (working on generalizing this)
    - file: URLs  for Unix users (working on generalizing this)
    - HTTP redirects
    - a functional frames implementation, a la Lynx



The things that I'm immediately thinking of working on in the next
week or two are:
  
    - figuring out what kind of VM support could make things faster
    - playing with thread to make things smoother on big operations
    - finishing up the rest of the form inputs
    - some sort of initial table support
