Problems building the Mac VM

Wow, for a minute there I thought that Squeak was generating ".sit"
files!  But, the source reveals that it's merely writing a precomputed
array from inside the source image.  The Stuffing must have been done
in some external operation.

Got my hopes up for a second.  There's a lot of other stuff in there:
I thought stuffing was something new!
