I've had a few questions along these lines, so I thought that it might be
best to make a more global announcement (just for efficiency sake --
questions are welcome (and have been fun!)):

To run Swiki (and most PWS examples), you need the Server files at
http://www.cc.gatech.edu/fac/mark.guzdial/squeak/pws/.  For example, the
Server files (in tar and sea.hqx formats) include the "swiki" folder which
contain the templates for how served pages look, how the editing page
looks, etc.
