Squeakers,
Starting with Andreas Raab's NiceSystemView posted a few days ago, I have
enhanced the look and feel to be much more Windoze like.
The code below also does a couple of things worth mentioning:
1) ProjectViews are now immune from these changes so they will still work for
now
2) I have guarded the internal subview border resizing with a leftshift hack to
prevent over-aggressive offerings of resizing help when all you really wanted
was to click the instance button or select the last item visible in a list.
The feature is still there, simply hold down the shift key and mouse over the
border to resize.

This code will file into a virgin 1.3 image and install itself as the default
window look.  Add the scroll bar code posted earlier and we are starting to get
close.

I will post both this and the latest version of the scrollbar code on UIUC
today so it will be permanently accessible.
