Latest breaking news! I've found a tiny little example! In a workspace, do 
the following:

aBlock _ [4 dontJustStandThereDoSomethingAboutIt]
aBlock value "Of course 4 complains, terminate the debugger"
aBlock value "This time the block is unable to be re-evaluated"

Maybe this is why Squeak tends to behave strangely when you debug, correct 
something and ask the debugger to restart the whole thing.
