My display list framework (part of the STP12 collection, see
ftp://ftp.create.ucsb.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/goodies/STP12/STP12/Graphics/)
has hierarchy layout managers that can generate indented list ot tree-like
display lists from arbitrary hierarchical structures. I'm in the process of
moving it over to Morphic.
