Dan -

attached an enhancement for the change sorter in case there are more than
20 change sets. It displays all change sets in chunks of 20 over multiple
menues in a round robin way. The 'more...' option is added as the first
option instead of the last to prevent the menu from jumping around in
vertical direction.
