I just downloaded 2.0, applied Dan's fix (the magic expression run from a
workspace) and tried to update.

Of course, it didn't work and probably because I live behind a firewall and
use socks for external access. (It couldn't find the servers, it said.)

Is there any easy way around this? Some magic?
