Can someone point me to documentation that will guide me (step-by-step)
through the process of adding a primitive? That is, assuming I have written
a Smalltalk method that I want to convert to a primitive, how do I use the
C translator and my C compiler/linker to produce a new (interpreter) which
contains my primitive.
