I've improved SystemDictionary>>allCallsOn: by a factor over two, most of
it is due to stopping garbage generation and instance creation. This will be
most noticeable when deleting methods from a browser. Here's the change set
(check the comments in SystemDictionary allCallsOn2:, there's a simple speed
check there).
