Morphic halos in Windows?

Actually, I find that Ctrl-Alt-Click brings up the Morphic halos, but doesn't
help you with sticky morphs (the halo just disappears when you move the mouse).

Instead (and after some experimentation), I have found that Ctrl-Right Click will
bring up the menu and let you navigate it without the wierd behavior on Windoze.
I then add the halo from the menu.
