After clicking away the initial notice about not finding the .changes file,
the usual Squeak window appears and its title bar shows the full path to the
image I specified in the shortcut's target field.  Note that I had to
specify this in the Target field, following the path to Squeak.exe, because
I couldn't just make Squeak find the image in the directory specified in the
Start in field, which I thought would work.

I explicitly specify it because this is the only way I've been able to make
the shortcut work.  See above.

Does this make sense to you?  Does Squeak do anything with the path in the
Start in field?
