[PWS] PWS only meant for Swiki?

I had the same problem.  I created a Swiki called OOPSLA98 and set the 
server path to 'c:\Squeak\WebServer\OOPSLA98\' but this is wrong.  You must 
leave the name of the Swiki out like so:  'c:\Squeak\WebServer\'.
