Multiple running images (was Squeak as Helper App...)

Hi Jerome!

It looks like (on non-Mac platforms), Squeak VM's will launch multiple
times on the same image.  I don't think that there's any support in the VM
to deal with this,  though, e.g., writes from multiple image instantiations
into the same changes file could result in corruption, I'd imagine.  But a
VM expert would be a better person to respond to your question.
