Since I was still around, I've updated the Windows package and put it onto

I also included a fix for the default image name (now Squeak2.4a.image) as
well as Reiniers wheel mouse support (thanks for sending the changes -- now
THAT is just in time compilation ;-) Reinier, could you please check if it
works as it is supposed to do (e.g., generating the right events - I don't
have a wheel mouse here).
