Um, I guess that I had better 'fess up to something. My hacks to
sqXWindow.c to support OSProcess contain an error which disables
SystemDictionary>>getSystemAttribute. Since it was broken on Unix
anyway, I didn't feel motivated to fix my error. I guess I had
better fix it now.
