some fixes

Hi there!

here come some fixes to problems that became obvious when:
a) browsing through unimplementedCalls (is there a way to hide =
C-placeholders here?)
    file: TorgesFixes
b) reading preamble of cs 1677LateNovemberchanges
    file: alphabetize
c) searching for new methods that just do "^super new initialize"
    (do you find the one in your image that didn't have the $^ before =
this changeset?)
    file: SystemRefactorings (sounds more than it really is)
The last file reports some confilcts with dan's 1567BigContexts2
but I didn't find something dangerous and I blame it on the
conflict detection.
