Anyone ported the distributions described in the blue book (Uniform,
Poisson, ProbabilityDistribution, ContinuousProbabilityDistribution, etc.)
in the simulation example of the book?

If not, anyone knows where I can find the code...  I just type so
slooooooowly that I'd rather port it than retype the whole thing! :)
