SameGame was very useful for me as well. I have used some ideas and some
code from it to create a new game that will be featured in the new
Squeak book which I called "Polyomania". This is a Polyominade based
game with a Tetris emulation mode. I am hoping to release an early
version next week. The book will step by step explain how to develop
such a game and more.

Cheers
