One thing: does a "virgin" Squeak image start off in Morphic, yet?  This 
tutorial assumes you are running in a Morphic world to begin with, but as 
I recall, the stock Squeak image still starts up in MVC.  We might need 
to add some stuff at the beginning to get into an initial Morphic world.
