Hi--

	I've made a new release of my exception-handling framework. It incorporates a couple of bug fixes (thanks to Vassili Bykov and Andreas Raab), printing support (thanks to Stephen Pope) and ANSI support (thanks to Vassili). One of the bug fixes is of general interest: the Squeak 2.3 VM didn't properly handle returning from a context with a nil sender between it and the home context. That broke >>valueEnsuring: with deferred non-local returns.
