.... doesn't exist, so it doesn't give up keyboard focus. I noticed this
when activating a Preferences window after a browser - if you scroll by
keyboard then, the list scrolls even though the window was deactivated.

Maybe on deactivation, if the current hand's keyboard focus is a submorph
of that window, it should be reset in general?
