.... as follows...

---------------------
1609fileVersions-dp -- David Pennell -- 27 October 1999
Adds FileDirectory>>nextNameFor:extension:
Using a file name pattern of fileName.#.extension, finds the highest version # for fileName and extension in the current directory, increments the version # and answers a new name. Useful for creating unique, sequential file names."

1610chgSetFileStamp-sw -- Scott Wallace -- 15 November 1999
Adds two new preferences to govern the form of filename to be used when filing out change sets.
If preference 'changeSetVersionNumbers' is true, then filenames of the form
	myFileout.1.cs
	myFileout.2.cs
will be used (depending on which names are already present in the default directory).
If 'changeSetVersionNumbers' is false, then filename extensions that are functions of the current date and time are used, as formerly, but now changed so that all potentially 2-digit fields (day-of-month, and hour) are assured to be 2-digits long, by prefixing them with a leading zero if necessary. In this case, a further preference, 'twentyFourHourFileStamps', is consulted to determine the precise form of timestamp -- if twentyFourHourFileStamps is true, then extensions used are of the form
     15Nov1508 (for 3:08 pm)
whereas if twentyFourHourFileStamps is false, then extensions used are of the form
     15Nov0308pm (for 3:08 pm)"

1612misc-sw -- Scott Wallace -- 17 November 1999
1. Makes the path-related commands work on flexed morphs (seemingly it never had!)
2. In Morphic, the proceed/abandon/debug buttons are now always shown whenever a walkback (predebug) window is put up, independent of the setting of the #optionalMorphicButtons preference.
3. Fixes a bug regarding the prompting surrounding first-style-use when submitting a method while color pretty printing is in effect.
4. If in a text pane a global variable is selected, the 'browse it' command will now open up a browser on the class of that variable's current value.
5. StringHolder.codePaneMenu:shifted simplified.

1613prettyPrintColors-swdp -- Scott Wallace & David Pennell -- 17 November 1999
Factors the text-attributes to be used for various syntactic parts when doing color-pretty-printing out from the various methods, and into a coherent structure.
Uses a separate color for literals.
Changes the former green default (for variables) to magenta, which is much more readable.
Initial values for all the color choices are now specified in method Preferences class initializeSyntaxColorsAndStyles. If you modify that method and then invoke it, you can set the colors to be anything you want.
Eventually various interactive editors for the colors and styles can be written (David Pennell has one already which he will probably want to update and then circulate), but at least for now the color choices are centralized in one place for easy programmatic modification. "

1614WorldWindows-RAAdi -- Bob Arning, Dan Ingalls -- 14 November 1999
The second release of the World-In-Window project...
Flaps display only in the active world.
World window starts stepping when activated.
Any click outside stops stepping, then any click inside resumes.
Halo bounds and brown drag now work right.
Yet to fix...
[ ]	Takes two clicks to get to outer menu (tho only 1 to activate another window).
[ ]	Possible to lose cursor (exactly how?)
